Componistenportret Aspasia Nasopoulou

 

Composer Aspasia Nasopoulou wrote the cycle 'Forest passage' inspired by Japanese poetry, the Middle East, Spain in the 1920s, poetry by Dan Albertson, F.G. Lorca, Hafiz, and traditional Japanese Haikus. The series of compositions is completed by two new compositions for two organs and voice on texts by Hafiz, the Persian Sufi poet from the 14th century.
