Echonance Concert #6

We welcome the third edition of the Echonance Festival, curated by composer Claudio F. Baroni. This time the Echonance Festival offers a stage for vibrant music concepts, inspired by the avant-garde of the late 20th century. In the 70s, 80s and 90s, all kinds of experimental techniques developed - almost silently - of which echoes and resonances are heard during the festival; hence the name 'Echonance Festival'. The 'old works' therefore remain as relevant as ever, guiding as they appear to be for today's generations. An important feature of the new compositions is that they explore minimal modulations, as well as the variations in the perception of the acoustics in which they sound. For example, musical elements, such as rhythm and melody, are omitted. The invitation is to listen from a different perspective: we enter an embracing sound movement, in which sounds resonate with space - so that the space reveals its three dimensions, as it were.
