Het Utopa Barokorgel in het Orgelpark

For the occasion of the inauguration of the Utopa Baroque Organ on the 21st of March 2018, the Orgelpark has recorded a new cd, titled ‘De klankwereld van Johann Sebastian Bach’. Four organists will play the Utopa Baroque Organ in several different ways, with Johann Sebastian Bach borne in mind. David Franke (Naumburg), Jan-Willem Jansen (Toulouse) and Marcel Verheggen (Maastricht) will play the organ via the mechanical clavier, presenting the organ in a historical way; Ansgar Wallenhorst (Ratingen) will play the organ via the digital keyboard, presenting the organ in completely new and exciting ways.
